Follow these simple steps to complete your registration and kickstart your journey at St. Mary's College for the 2026- 2027 academic year.

Application Status Guide
| Status Label | What it means |

| Registered | Your application fee is paid successfully. Please proceed to fill out the application form. |
| Submitted | Application submitted successfully. Waiting for confirmation from the selection team. |
| Selected | You are selected! Please visit the college for certificate verification. |
| Verified | Certificate verification complete. Please pay the admission fee in the portal. |
| Admitted | Congratulations! Your admission is complete. |
| Pending | Your application is currently on hold. |
| Cancelled | Your application has been cancelled. |
Step-by-Step Instructions
Start Registration
Visit www.stmaryscollege.edu.in and click on ‘New Online Application (2026- 2027)’.
Explore Programmes
Click on 'Prospectus' and read carefully, then click 'Courses' to know available programmes.
Apply Now
Click on the 'Apply Now' button to initiate your application process.
Registration Details
In the ‘Registration’ Tab enter your details accurately (Name as in SSLC, DOB, Application Type, Course, HSC Reg No, Mobile, Email).
OTP Verification
Click ‘Submit’. An OTP will be securely sent to your mobile. Enter it to verify.
Login Credentials
Your login credentials will be sent via SMS. Click the link attached or login to your dashboard directly.
Apply for Programme
Click on 'Apply here' on your desired programme card. You will be taken to the secure payment page.
Application Fee
Complete the payment (Credit/Debit/UPI). Do not hit refresh or go back during the transaction. Save the receipt.
Application Form
Go to 'Application Form'. Fill Personal Details, upload a Photo, and fill Contact Details.
Examinations & Certificates
Enter Examination Details (after results) and upload all necessary certificates in the 'Certificate Upload' section.
Final Submission
Check the declaration box, then click 'Submit'. Warning: You cannot edit details after submission.
Important Guidelines (2026- 2027)
- You can continue using the Login Credentials till the admission process is complete.
- To apply for multiple programmes, go to your dashboard and click 'Apply here' for each.
- Admission Fee payment will be enabled only after the declaration of final results.
